4. Game Rules
4.1 How the Game Works
Upon the Game's start, each Participant will be secretly assigned a target (another Participant). Your objective is to "clip" your target by placing a clothespin on them. When you successfully clip your target, you inherit their target. The last Participant remaining wins the prize.
4.2 Valid Clips
A clip is only valid when:
- The clothespin is physically placed on the target's clothing
- Photographic proof of the clip is submitted through the Game's website within a reasonable timeframe
- The clip occurs in a permitted location and during permitted hours
4.3 Restricted Areas and Times
Clipping is not permitted in the following locations and circumstances:
- During academic hours (classrooms, lab, or academic building during scheduled class time)
- Inside the Mudd Library at all times
- Inside resident rooms
- Inside resident halls during quiet hours (defined by Lawrence University)
- During official Lawrence University performances
- At any Participant's place of employment during working hours
- Any additional locations or times communicated by the Organizers prior to or during the Game
The Organizers reserve the right to modify restricted areas and times at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through the Game's website.
4.4 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification without refund:
- Using physical force, grabbing, restraining, or making unwanted physical contact beyond placing a clothespin
- Throwing clothespins at a target
- Entering restricted areas for the purpose of clipping
- Submitting false or fabricated photographic evidence
- Harassing, stalking, intimidating, or threatening any Participant
- Trespassing on private property or violating any Lawrence University policy
- Any conduct that violates local, state, or federal law
5. Dispute Resolution
All disputes regarding clips, eliminations, and game conduct will be reviewed and resolved by the Game's administrative team ("Admins"). The Admins will review submitted photographic evidence and any other relevant information.
All decisions made by the Admins are final and binding. No appeals process is available. By participating in the Game, you agree to accept the Admins' decisions without contest.

The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Game at any time for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registration, safety concerns, severe weather, or direction from Lawrence University administration.
In the event of cancellation prior to the Game's start, all entry fees will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation after the Game has started, the Organizers will determine an equitable distribution of any remaining funds and communicate the decision to all Participants.
11. Charitable Donation
All entry fees collected will be donated to the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights. This is an independent, third-party fundraiser organized by the Gamma Pi chapter of Beta Theta Pi in support of the Young Center.
